Application for entry in September 2025: While we have already made most of our offers for entry to the Sixth Form in September 2025, we do consider new applications from students for courses that we have not entirely filled at the time of GCSE results day.  If you would like to be considered for a late offer, please click here to access our application form

The Fortismere Sixth Form is a high-achieving, school-based Sixth Form that puts the school ethos of transforming lives through education at the heart of everything that we do.  Our broad and ambitious curriculum, taught by expert subject specialists, supports our students to develop the knowledge and skills they need to achieve their aspirations, whatever they may be.  Our pastoral curriculum fosters our students’ personal development, health and wellbeing, and independence to prepare them to be morally responsible, engaged citizens in their lives after school.

The two years of Sixth Form study are amongst the most exciting, yet also challenging, period of a student’s education.  The choice of where to study is an important one as these years set the foundation for a student's next steps into higher education or apprenticeships and the careers that will follow after.  In the Fortismere Sixth Form, you will gain confidence, work hard, and enjoy new experiences.  You’ll enjoy brilliant teaching, wide-ranging personal development opportunities, individualised pastoral care, and expert support on finding and successfully applying for the post-18 pathway that is right for you.

If you have any questions regarding the sixth form please contact us by EmailSixthForm@fortismere.org.uk
