Teaching Assistant - Finch

The Finch is seeking to appoint a highly motivated, student-centred individual to provide learning support & behaviour management to students within our Finch as required.

About You: You will be experienced in providing support in an educational setting, either as a teaching assistant or mentor; you will support students to access their curriculum and other provision services. You may be asked to work with individuals in mentoring sessions or within a classroom, helping with tasks such as basic literacy and maths, and social interaction. You will be committed and resourceful and possess a sound/good knowledge of the barriers faced by students such as SEMH.

About the role:  You will be joining a friendly and professional Alternative Provision that is wholly committed to securing the best academic and personal development outcomes for all of our students.
