EXAM RESULTS & CERTIFICATES

This page explains how you can collect exam results and certificates from the school.

A-LEVEL RESULTS DAY – THURSDAY 13 AUGUST 2026

Detailed arrangements for collecting A-Level results on Thursday 13 August have been sent to students and parents/carers by Parentmail.  Results will be available for collection in South Wing Hall from 8.00am to 10.30am. 

If students are unable to collect their results in person, they can authorise a representative to collect them on their behalf.   The student must complete and sign a Candidate Consent Form and the representative must bring the signed form and valid photo ID to school on results day.

GCSE RESULTS DAY – THURSDAY 20 AUGUST 2026

Detailed arrangements for collecting GCSE results on Thursday 20 August have been sent to students and parents/carers via SIMS and Parentmail.  Results will be available for collection in South Wing Hall from 8.30am to 10.30am. 

If students are unable to collect their results in person, they can authorise a representative to collect them on their behalf.   The student must complete and sign a Candidate Consent Form and the representative must bring the signed form and valid photo ID to school on results day.

EXAM CERTIFICATES FOR Academic year 2025-2026

Examination certificates will be available for collection from the South Wing Reception from 6th January 2027 (At lunchtime and after school from 3.10pm to 4pm in term-time only).  Students should bring valid photo ID when collecting their certificates.   

If students are unable to collect certificates in person, they can authorise a representative to collect them on their behalf.   The student must complete and sign a Candidate Consent Form and the representative must bring the signed form and valid photo ID to school.

It is very important that exam certificates are collected and then stored safely as any replacement copies will have to be ordered directly from the exam board, which is costly and time-consuming.

EXAM CERTIFICATES FOR Academic yearS 2021-2025

Exam certificates for the previous academic years from 2021 to 2025 are available for collection from South Wing Reception.  Please contact the school before coming to collect older certificates by email to office@fortismere.org.uk to arrange a date and time.  The school will keep these certificates until 31st January 2028 

Valid photo ID must be provided on collection and all certificates must be signed for by the recipient.  If a student is unable to collect certificates themselves, they can arrange for a representative to collect the certificates on their behalf.  A signed consent form must be completed, and the representative must bring the signed form and valid photo ID with them when they collect the certificates.  Download a consent form here 

For Exam Certificates before 2021 you will need to contact the relevant exam board directly to order any replacement copies.
